Retention metric
This report shows the change in the percentage of users returning to the bot over time. Retention is the return rate after the bot was used for the fist time (day 0), on the following day (day 1), a day later (day 2), and so on. This report will show exactly when users start losing interest in the bot.You can choose between new and existing users.
Conversation flow
Conversational flow is a visualization used to depict a flow from one user action to another. Shows how users move around the intents of a bot scenario. Thickness of lines corresponds to the number of users moving between intents. "Exit" means leaving the bot.It may be useful to evaluate the overall movement of users along the scenario branches.
